Its getting hot in here!!!

Heat update: I purchased a new furnace. With the help of my parents I am getting a fancy new Carrier furnace installed by Sears. And I actually taught my parents a little bit about finance in the meantime by taking advantage of a 0% interest rate offer, and other promotional items that we all will benefit from. I must say that the Great I AM has and is so good to me. So Sears came in, gave me a great quote and get this *whispering THEY INSTALL ON SATURDAYS!!!!! This is a treat since this new teacher program does not like for residents to miss any days of training. We ended up financing the furnace and my parents are going to pay a third of the balance before the end of the month and the rest in the next 6 months. Since my mother has to get a new car. I figured this would also help me get rid of some guilt if I somehow pay off the other 2/3rds myself. So back to crunching numbers it looks like credit card debt and personal loans will have to wait awhile. My mother is calling the furnace my house warming, all future birthday, and Christmas gifts. But you know that is not half bad in my opinion. LOL

Back to crunching numbers and searching for a part time job.....

p.s. I am going to add the new furnace bill to my credit card debt.
